What Is The OneSimCard eSIM International SIM Card?
eSIM is a virtual SIM card that converts your eSIM capable mobile phone into a dual SIM phone. With OneSimCard eSIM you can have two service providers working at the same time either at home or when traveling abroad. You can select on your phone which service provider you would like to use for mobile data – the telecom provider of the physical SIM or OneSimCard.
The OneSimCard eSIM SIM card is designed specifically for international travelers who:
- Want low cost international mobile data, voice and text service around the world, including in the USA and Canada.
- Want to keep 2+ roaming options available while traveling.
- Already have an eSIM capable device:
*Important Note: IOS manufactured for the Chinese Market have 2 physical SIM card slots and are not eSIM capable. iPhones and Pixel phones can't use eSIM if the phone was purchased in Japan, or if bought with Verizon or Charter service. Check with your service provider and product manufacturer to ensure your device can operate with a 3rd party eSIM.
Here's how it works: The OneSimCard eSIM global SIM card can only be installed onto one eSIM capable device. The software installation instructions are extremely simple and it only takes 30 seconds to complete. Once the eSIM is installed your phone becomes a dual SIM phone and you will be able to select which data service to use and make changes to this selection at any time if required.
Data and Text services are available with eSIM. Additionally, if you chose to order a Personal Extra Number (PEN) with your eSIM, then you will also be able to make and receive low cost calls using our OneSim VOIP app. US and Canada PENs allow to receive and send texts.
